Khalifa Bridge Podium Works
The Retail podium in Central Market Redevelopment can be accessed directly from outside via the landscaped roof terrace. The Retail podium will connect to the Souk across Khalifa Street by way of plaza bridge at level 1 and via the landscaped roof at level 2. The Retail podium accommodates a food hall which is proposed to be a high quality Supermarket. Additionally the retail accommodates some leisure facilities including cinemas at level 3,4 & 5. Food & Beverage areas at level 1, 2 & 3 and Fine Dining at level 4, 5 & 6. At 4 locations ground floor is penetrated by an atrium which brings natural light from podium / souk to the below ground car park levels.
